Oh, I have a few MORE C words I could say! Likce "cancer," as in "Clear Channel Is..." (Another C word!) But I won't say a thing. :D

'Creativity' isn't bread in the songs and playing something for a 'wow" factor. Say something meaningful between the songs and you can play the same 100 songs all day and still pull good numbers.

Actually, I've found it's more what you DON'T play on your shift that makes a positive difference to the sound (and the boss tends to be less grumpy).

Gone are those halcion days of "Oh, I cued up the wrong track" (insert sheepish, but knowing smile)
