Light hearted… brand reinforcement with a twist, focus on sale, all there…,

any Target SALE secondary to the target image,

Sale core concept picks up after WHERE and mood setter, and is there with that and WHAT to the last word….

Relaxed mood, selling relaxed,relying upon store reputation of quality

Well done. …. Still lacks part of the who what when where why and how of the full story. But well done.
